Returns & Exchanges

Shop with confidence knowing that we prioritize customer satisfaction and we strive to ensure your that your purchase matches to your expectations. Please fill out our customer care form with your order number and we will address any concerns within 24 hours. We are able to accept returns under certain conditions provided they align with our policy. The conditions are as follows:

-The item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging

-The item must be returned within 30 days following its delivery

If you wish to return the item, you will be responsible for the items' shipping costs. All incurred shipping costs from the return are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Please be sure to reach out to us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged item. If your purchase is damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please bare in mind upon awaiting the exchanged item, that the shipping duration varies based on region. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the refunded amount (shipping costs not included) on the original method of purchase. If not received within 10 business days please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.


Missing/Stolen Parcels

Once orders are sent from our facility and received by the courier, CocoGlo Candles is not responsible for stolen or missing parcels confirmed as delivered at agreed upon location. If stolen property is a concern upon delivery, you may ask for a signature sign-off for delivery to mitigate this risk. If you received a notification of delivery and believe your item is stolen, you may contact your courier or financial institution.
